Great jacket but received it damaged. Store should check items before mailing. Now the jacket is not available anymore (or at same discount) for me to reorder before the holidays.

I ordered this brown vegan leather jacket in a L in store for delivery to my home (it was out of stock in store) but somehow about 5 days later I opened my package to find a green, suede jacket in a M. My purchase, shipping, and delivery confirmation emails all reflected my correct order, so it is rather confusing how a completely different jacket could end up on my doorstep. It is, of course, disappointing when something you really like is unavailable in store in your size. But it is far more frustrating when, after waiting for and anticipating the item you really liked only to be totally and suddenly let down once again. I honestly don't feel motivated to now go back to the store and hope the jacket is available in my size. I guess it wasn't meant to be after all.
