This bomber jacket is the perfect weight for Spring and Fall and would be a welcome addition to your wardrobe. The Vegan Suede is 100 Polyester which makes it easy and cost efficient to clean. I'm a 2Xl, which is what I ordered and it runs true to size and there is sufficient room to wear a sweate...r underneath.
Strongly advise against paying full price for this item. At this price point, I would expect considerably higher quality materials for Banana Republic. This isn't the first vegan suede product I have owned and know from experience there are better, sturdier materials that emulate suede. The shell i...s extremely thin and will require some attention out of the package if you want to remove the wrinkles. Not sure yet how I would go about that if I end up keeping it. The collar and cuffs are decent and have more structure than the rest of the jacket, which makes the whole garment feel a bit awkward. Looks great otherwise! 5'9, 170lbs (on a good day). Size medium provides the silhouette I typically look for in a lightweight jacket. I guess if you only care about the way it looks, and dropping ~$90 on something that will (at best) last one or two seasons with regular wear, doesn't bother you, I'd say go for it! Personally, I am conflicted. I have other jackets from BR approaching a decade old. This simply doesn't meet the standard that I typically expect from this brand.

I ordered size XL. The knit bottom band was XL but the chest was 3XLor 4XL. 6'2, 235 and it looked like a deflated hot air balloon on me. I was disappointed. Two stars because the quality was nice but I should have known by the big markdown. You can see in the photo how it blouses out on the model. They must have been the back for the photo

Beautiful jacket with the Vegan suede being a particularly high-quality. It is thinner and lighter than I expected, so not appropriate for any kind of cold weather. The lining feels a little bit cheap, but when wearing it over long sleeve, it was quite comfortable. The pockets are a poor design. They're too shallow and also add an unfortunate angle, plus there's no button so things fall out. It's frustrating that there's so many little practical flaws because it is really beautiful and I get compliments on the style.
