Overall the shirt has a good fit, length etc. in sizes XS and S and a good feel. BUT there is a clear oversight in how they finish the hem at the waist. silky finish fades away after first wash. I wash in cold water and no schooling soap. Also the neck area wrinkles bit to much after washing.

I bought about 10 of these to use as my work uniform. They're comfortable overall, but I do have one concern: after the first wash, the "silky" look and finish disappears, and the collars start to bend and wrinkle in a way that doesn't look good when worn.

This fits well, fabric is soft but the back collar wrinkle that appears to come from multiple folds (see photo) are not able to fix with using an iron. The front collar is fine. I bought two shirts but both the same. It's a good shirt otherwise but this pretty much ruins it.
