This vest is beautiful! I am torn about returning it, as it does not fit. I sized up and it's still small. The cut, fabric, heft, and design are top tier. It runs way too small. I'm keeping it, as I am trying to lose a few pounds. If not, it will make a wonderful gift for one of my friends. I love it so much. Ughhhh.

Nice fit

Since BR removed the 38 Reviews of their Double Weave Vest so no one can read before purchasing the final sale item, I am leaving my review on this comparable vest. The vest I bought, I sized up to 10 for my chest, as I tend to for fitted vests, going by the bust size according to the sizing chart. Wow, the sizing fit like a size 4, not 10! It is a nice vest, but way way too small. I'm usually a Medium for BR tops for reference. Thankfully I got on major sale but still, not good. I have no option but to wear it open. It had no stretch and was tiny in the waist also. Not at all anything close to the sizing chart. Best to try on vests in store, otherwise don't by final sale online. BR needs to do better at adhering to sizing chart consistently!

I really wanted to love this vest. The fabric is super high-quality and constructed well. My problem is the sizing. I have always wore a size 4 in banana republic…this year or something has definitely changed in the sizing. I am 5'7, 130 lbs. size 36B bust. I ordered a size 6 expecting an expecting a little extra room to wear shirts underand it was still too small! I was shocked. And very disappointed I have never wore a size 8, but to make this best work that's what I would have to order. Banana Republic , what happened to your sizing?

This vest is great just too bad I read all the reviews and decided to UP-SIZE! Normally I wear a 4 in everything BR. But the reviews suggested that this vest was cut small and best to go up a size. Mistake! So, I am returning the 6 which arrived today and have just reordered a size 4. I have never returned anything to BR but have to say they make it very easy to return items; I'm impressed with the ease of this process. So, even though the vest was too big and I've reordered the whole process isn't that painful! The size 4 will be perfect and look GREAT!

Great material and nice addition to Spring wardrobe. The vest is very fitted, I sized up from a 6 to a 10 and eventually settled on a sz 8. I'm 4'11/128lbs.
