Comments about Velvet Shimmer Tank

I understand that this item is non-returnable and non-exchangeable, but I want to comment on the condition of the tank top when I received it. It had no tag attached. It was covered in some kind of fluff like the kind of fluff that comes from a fuzzy jacket or the stuffing from a puffy coat. I'm going to see if I can remove the fluff using a lint brush, but this garment is not in an acceptable condition for Banana Republic Factory to send a customer. Because the velvet fabric is a brushed velvet, the fluff is quite difficult to remove. I would return it for an exchange if that were an option, but those are not the terms of my purchase.
