These earrings arrived with one broken. When I called customer service I asked them if they could just exchange it for a new pair and they told me I couldn't do it that way. They told me I had to get a refund and then re-order them. A few hours later I tried to order another pair and they were out of stock. Super bummed out. Because they are out of stock I decided to keep the pair even though one of them is broken. Hopefully it can be fixed, which sucks because I have a feeling it's gonna cost more to fix them than it did to purchase them. If banana republic had just exchanged them when I asked then they probably would've still been available. To make customers go through this process especially for merchandise that is broken or damaged is not cool at all. I mean, they shouldn't have to return it and then re-order a new one. You should just send them a new one once the return has been issued and handled. Ridiculous.
