This dress could have been perfect for work, but the back design completely ruins it. There's a strange flap of fabric at the lower back that's apparently meant to tuck into an elastic band, but it doesn't stay in place. Instead, it opens up into what can only be described as a "trap door" situation. It looks sloppy and unintentional. None of this is clear in the product photos, which feels misleading. Returning immediately.

Agree with all the comments, this dress is terrible! The back of the top is not attached! The fabric is nice but whoever designed this should be let go.

Love the dress and its style. I didn't realize that the back has an opening down at the waist which is kind of silly with everything else going on with the dress. I don't particularly like having my back exposed like that so I'll just throw a tank under it. Fit well. True to size.

I love this dress! I bought it in white to wear while on a cruise and it goes with everything in my closet so I knew I'd get a lot of wear from it. I know people are upset about the back being detached, but I love it! I'm 5 feet so I ordered the petite size large with is my normal size. It hits the perfect area and the cotton is very comfortable. I came back to get the dress in navy now and I will be wearing these dresses all spring and summer. I just love how the back is, it didn't expose skin, but you still get a breeze. If you're having a hard time coping with the open back, it's a quick sew.

I LOVE BR wraparound dresses but this was horrible. Every time I moved the back would pop out. Very frustrating.

I thought I got a deffective garment when I noticed the back wasn't attach to the front of the dress; the pictures are very deceiving because you don't notice how this dress actually is and all the mess you're going to receive. I took some pictures so other people can see how the dress actually is and hopefully will save them the time and money before ordering it. What a dissapointment.

Love this dress it's nice and lightweight but look very put together. The back of the dress is loose from the front but that allows you to make the dress very fitting. I did not have any trouble figuring out horizontal to wear it. I think it looks great .

I really liked this dress from the front. But as another reviewer said, the back top isn't connected to the bottom. So you can get it situated and laying nice and do anything, pick something up, bend over, put on a jacket, and it comes untucked and then looks sloppy. It's not an easy to wear item

Such a cute dress. The wrap around belt adds some visual appeal without being weird. Plus it helps create a waist line if you're lacking in that area. Classic lines and silhouettes. Love it. Only complaint is that I'll have to iron it.
