I'm not sure what the fabric is but it isn't cotton. It's like something I'd make a table cloth out of. It feels horrible. And the bottom has a ton of extra fabric, even on a small petite. Totally going back.

Love the dress it fits well great design. Didn't like the fabric. It was a little hard rough. It could've been a little sulfa maybe if I washed it a couple of times it softened up.

I bought the navy one in SMALL, but it is ginormous. Size down at least one. Otherwise it is very pretty, if not voluminous.

Ran large. Embroidery done well but the weight of the embroidery did not allow the dress to "flow". It may work for some but did not flatter me. Also, longer than I anticipated. At 5'4" hem was on floor. Back it went.
