Right out of the package I loved the feel of the fabric. They were a bit of a struggle to get on since my hips/butt are bigger than my waist and these could honestly use even more of an elasticated back to help get them on. Still, once I did manage to wiggle into them, they fit beautifully - sitting... at my true waist without the worry of them falling down. I'm 5'9 and purchased an 8 Tall. Size chart is accurate and length was great - I actually have an extra inch or so to play with, so I can wear a small 1-2 inch heel with these. In flats the pants would touch the ground too much, so unless I get them hemmed, I wont be styling them that way. I plan on wearing these on an upcoming trip and while I may need to steam them out of the suitcase, they otherwise seem like excellent travel pants.
I bought 2 pair - one in khaki and one in navy. The elastic waistband + pleating in the front make my butt look weird. I also realized the material will be hot in the summer and I live in the south, so I won't be wearing these the majority of the year. I just realized after a few wears how cheap and... kind of scratchy the material feels. The hem in the khaki ones, which I have only worn 2-3 times has already come out complete so I will have to rehem them. I have heard about quality issues but this is the first time I have had an issue with BR and BR Factory quality. The quality is just not there with these pants. I did order the scuba and the sloan, neither of which have an elastic waistband. I have not gotten them yet, but if they feel cheap like these then I will be returning and shopping elsewhere.

#sweepstakes The color is a rich brown and fits nicely. They are a little short but looks nicely with kitten heels or loafers. This is my second pair of the Hayden pants as I purchased the blue ones as well. Worth the price I paid.

I took a chance on these pants because I wanted a pair of lighter weight grey pants with a wide leg. I didn't realize until they came that they were pull on. I wouldn't have ordered them if I had known, because...I'm not a toddler. BUT, I kept them because they were surprisingly comfortable and flattering. I found them to be true to size and appreciated the petite length so I could wear them with Samba style sneakers to work. I have a straighter physique--but I do have a booty, and these pants were easy to get on. I docked a star because if they had a traditional zipper they would be perfect. #sweepstakes
