I ordered these not really paying attention to the high rise in the description. So I wasn't really expecting to like them once they got here. But they are not high rise but a mid rise, which I prefer. They're the perfect amount of stretchy. They do run slightly small. A 28 always fits me or is sli...ghtly large. The 28 in these pants were slightly snug but with the stretch they work. FR: 5'4" 125#
Loved the feel look and quality of these cords but they fit like skinny jeans and I was looking for slim straight pants which would be a different fit than this. They're also super tight in the legs, hips, thighs while being loose in the waist. I just gained weight in my stomach area too so I figure...d pants would finally fit me. But everything is made for straight women with narrow hips or no butt. I'm 32w45h and the size 12 fit my waist (in pics size 12) and the size 14 fit my hips the best while neither have an inch of space in my thighs and calves.

Have been seeking a pair of cords so gave ordering these a shot, in the Waimea Olive. Love the color, sorta dusty olive/grey, just enough stretch and fit just "snug" enough. Very comfortable, Petite length perfect, about to outer ankle bone.

Great cord pants. Flattering fit and pretty understated color in green. If you don't want ankle showing between these pants and your boots/shoes, consider ordering a longer inseam. For example, I am 5'2" and I ordered the tall length. Glad I did because after one washing/drying the hem falls at a perfect place on my ankle boots, not too short, not too tall. Just right.

Beautiful, soft, comfortable. A little big in the waist, but tolerable, I am 5'4" and the regular length pants are too short to wear with booties. After washing them, they are even shorter- so they will be worn with riding boots. I've encountered this issue before with Banana pants/ jeans and will now only purchase Tall length, hoping that will be better.

The fabric is a good quality. It is hard to find nice corduroy pants anymore. The tall length is what I would consider regular length with "winter shoes." The ankle length is best with loafers or slip-ons, I think. The green color is nice and the black is classic. The order arrived on time, was filled accurately and returns are easy and free.
