I've been looking for a jean with some style that doesn't look like all the other jeans out there, and I found it! These fit like a dream, and I love the double layer fabric on the front and the side pockets. I am 5'6", 118 pounds and the size 26/2 fit me perfectly.
Ordered usual 27" size; too small! Received within 5 days. Immediately went to reorder larger size. Price increased $8 inna week. Will pass at increased price.

Boy, did I ever WANT this to work. The pictures looked great - but on me the pants were too short and I am 5'3" & 120lbs. I am way tired of the cropped pants. These were very wide, also. The make and fabric has them very stiff - which I don't mind - but stiff and wide legged looked odd on me. I needed them and wanted them - but they didn't work. I bought a size 26 and they fit slightly tight in the waist but would have loosened up just fine. But, I can't deal with the hem being up around my ankles.

I like the carpenter look! I was surprised to learn that they are actually do have double knees (the fabric is doubled so it takes longer to wear out). So they are a bit heavier then regular jeans.

I really like the look of these jeans. As a mature woman who has had children, I think they fall very nicely. I am 5'11" tall, and wear a size 14. These were true to size, but I would have loved an extra inch or two (I purchased the 14 tall).
