I've always been a 42L in a jacket and this one fit me perfectly. I'm 6'1" and 205 pounds (and also 54, so developing a fine dad-bod). This jacket is very well made, seems perfectly tailored to my body, and fit very nicely. It's "slims me down" and provides a super-professional look. I love it them and it has made an excellent addition to my formal wardrobe! I purchased it along with the tailored trousers.
