This is a beautiful, light weight, well made dress. I ordered an XL Tall in the blue. It hits the floor and puddles around me. I figured it might be a bit big but I was unsure of the sizing. I'm 5'6" with measurements of 36DDx32x38 and a longer torso which is why I need the Tall. The dropped waist h...it just below my waistline and the dropped hip hit just below my hips. The alignment is perfect but the dress was way too big. I'm going to order the dress again in both a medium and large tall and see which fits best then return the other two.
I am loving dresses in this style lately with the smocked drop waist and have a few from other brands that I love. Unfortunately, this one went right back. The material is cheap feeling and looking - not at all what I expected based on the blend. And it's also huge, I'm a size 4 36B with broad/athle...tic shoulders and even the XS was giant. It's SUPER stretchy, I think even an XXS would have been too big. I have a flat stomach so that part looked fine on me (other than being too big), but as the other reviewers said - if you don't, I can definitely see how the cut (and material) would highlight a pooch.
