amazing quality, looks really really nice and is soft

Washed per instructions (gentle, cold, mesh bag, by itself), and it's ruined. The neck and hem are rippled and won't lay flat, there's dimpling between the ribbing and bunching at the seems; I'd say it looks ten years old, but I've had clothes hold up better after that long. And I've had other negative experiences with BRF clothes, but the quality issues were apparent before washing, and I returned them. I didn't expect issues to arise after one wash before ever wearing it. I'm done. BRF is supposed to be of a lesser quality than BR, not of no quality at all. It is apparently a charity where we just give them money. Except with an actual charity, I'd probably get a decent shirt out of it.

Ordered this sweater in medium in teal and burgundy. The teal fits true to size. The burgundy I received was significantly smaller than the teal and too small to wear. I was unable to do an even exchange online or through chat, so it's going back.
