Love the fitted sweater and the 100% Merino wool. As someone who travels a lot, I'm very interested in natural fabrics and am always on the lookout for Merino. I also like that it's in a cool color palette, as that pairs well with my other pieces. My only complaint is the neckline. I wish they offered more fitted pieces with a variety of necklines.

I ordered a black xs & it came thrown in the package, not neatly folded in a clear package, it had a strand of gray hair on it & it was covered in lint. I imagine I received someone's else's return. I'm in disbelief the BR would find sending out an item in that condition acceptable. I did not try it on because I was grossed out, but I will say that the shirt material feels very flimsy. Please do better, BR!
