First time I ordered they were missing from my package. Customer service handled that very professionally. I then reordered them and they are as or more beautiful then they are in the picture. However one of the stems seemed bent so I tried to bend it back to match the other but feel like they are s...o fragile I almost broke it. I guess time will tell... I almost think if I could get ten wears out of them they would be worth it tho because they are so pretty.
Lovely earrings except it is impossible to get the plastic stopper off them without breaking the delicate chain to actually put them on.
