I ordered the black ones in a medium and they are so cute and perfect. I ordered the flax color in a medium and they fit like a large or extra large. I had already laundered them as I assume they would be the same size as the black. I wanted to wear them to dinner on vacation and found they were huge, they looked horrible on me. I wore another choice to dinner that night. I couldn't return them so I had to donate them. Disappointed.

Top notch fabric with weight and lustre that feels and looks as high quality. Can be dressed up or down, very versatile and elegant, perfect length at the knee. The cut us flattering but not too loose. FTS on me, I'm a typical 4/S in all GAP brands and that's what I hot in these too.

These are absolutely fantastic shorts that can take anyone to anywhere, from park to dinner. The fabric has weight and lustre and looks and feels high quality. The cut is body slimming but neither too close nor too loose, nust perfect for a comfortable and put together silhouette. They can be dressed down or up. I'm definitely buying the Flax colour too. Usually wear a size 8 pants, so I ordered a medium. Shorts were just huge and because of the elastic in the back was not flattering on the bomb. Returning for a size small and hoping for the best! The quality of the fabric is really beautiful.
