I love the quality of this jeans...But Inseam specs wrong.

I bought two pairs of 00/24 regular. They are well-made and have a wonderful fit. The title name of these jeans say 'Mid-Rise' but the Size & Fit section describes them as high-rise. Why the contradiction??? Banana Republic Factory used to be my go to for perfect denim fit. Sadly their styles, quality and fit have not lived up to their former glory. This particular Jean is shaped so irregularly that while it's relaxed around hips and thighs it's entirely too tight around the waist. If I size up the waistband is lose and the remainder of the jeans swallow me. It's unfortunate because the wash and fabric are good. But it's impossible to find a decent fit these days. With most stores going online, finding a brick and mortar option to try before buying is practically non existent. So I'm stuck with jeans that don't fit or flatter and money wasted as well. Bring back your previous quality or have these in a local store to try on!

The jeans fit well but I returned them because there was some white schmutz on them and they looked like someone had worn them for a couple of hours and then put them back in the bag. This is the first pair of jeans I've purchased from BRF so maybe they all arrive pre-worn but the white schmutz really bothered me. It looked like dried whiteout tape that I used when I worked in an office, about 2-4 inches long, an inch wide. I tried scraping some of it off and thought "what am I doing?" and decided to return them for another pair.
